This guide will show you how to download reports for your Tiltify campaign, including a comprehensive donor report and individual reports for each reward offered. These reports are essential tools for understanding your fundraising performance, fulfilling rewards, and thanking your supporters.

Why Download Your Reports?

• Donor Report:
  • Detailed Analysis: Gain valuable insights into your campaign! The report allows you to calculate metrics like total donations, peak donation times, and average donation amount. This helps you identify what's working and tailor future strategies.
  • Transaction Tracking: Each donation has a unique ID, allowing you to identify specific transactions and address any potential issues.
• Reward Reports:
  • Track Reward Performance: Monitor how each reward performs by seeing which ones are claimed the most and by whom. This helps you refine your reward offerings for future campaigns.
  • Fulfillment Management: Easily identify donors who have claimed specific rewards, ensuring efficient fulfillment.

 

Downloading Your Reports

Donor Report:

1. Navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.
2. Click the "Donations" tab. (This tab might be labeled differently depending on your Tiltify version.)
3. Choose your preferred download:
   • Download all reward donations: Download a report including ALL donations to your rewards.
   • Download reward report: Download a report for donations to a specific reward.
4. Click the download button. The report will be downloaded to your computer.

Reward Reports:

1. Navigate to your Campaign Dashboard.
2. Click the "Incentives" tab. (This tab might be labeled differently depending on your Tiltify version.)
3. Click the "Rewards" tab. 
4. Locate the "Download Report" column. 
5. Choose your preferred download:
   • Download all reward donations: Download a report including ALL donations to your rewards.
   • Download reward report: Download a report for donations to a specific reward.
6. Click the download button. The report will be downloaded to your computer.

Important Note: This report contains sensitive donor information like names and addresses. Make sure to handle this data with care, especially if you collect shipping information for rewards.
